Shipping Information Canister
Shipping countries: Online shop orders can be shipped to Austria, Germany and Slovakia.
For deliveries to other countries, please use our inquiry form
Minimum order quantity: 20 canisters (varieties can be combined as desired), 1 pallet = 80 canisters
In Austria, orders of 1 pallet or more (= 80 canisters) are only possible in increments of 40 (half pallets).
Quantity discount: from 40 canisters -10% discount, from 80 canisters -15% discount
Delivery time to Austria: approx. 2-5 business days from receipt of payment.
Delivery time to Germany and Slovakia: approx. 3-8 business days from receipt of payment.
Delivery is handled by a freight carrier. Delivery is to the curb. (If desired, the freight carrier can contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date.) Please note that delivery times may be longer at the end of October/beginning of November due to holidays, and from the end of November onwards due to increased order volume.
