Since we use long-proven recipes, our mulled wine and punch varieties taste like home-made. To produce the mulled wine we use the original leaching process. This means, that we add sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves directly to the wine tank and after about 6 days, when the spices are "leached out", the ready-to-drink mulled wine is filtered off. Although it is a laborious process, but you can clearly taste the difference in quality. As it is usual with own made recipes, we do not add extra flavor.
