Red mulled wine
The classic in the cold season!

In the production of our red mulled wine, we pay attention to tradition. We only use rich Austrian red wine of the varieties Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. We are the only producer who use the original leaching process according to a special recipe: That means, that we add sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves directly into the red wine tank and after about 6 days, when the spices are "leached out", the ready-to-drink mulled wine is filtered off. Although it is a laborious process, but you can clearly taste the difference in quality.

Ingredients: Full-bodied Burgenland red wine with cloves, cinnamon bark and anise, rounded off with sugar
Serving suggestions Heat to 60° C and serve immediately. Please note: The mulled wine must NOT cook (loss of quality!)

Storage: After opening, store in the original canister in a cool place and use within 8 days.
Durability: Shelf life in originally sealed containers is at least 2 years. All our winter hot drinks can be stored frost free in the cellar or garage for the next season without any problems.
