As the youngest son of a Burgenland winegrower family, Hans Allacher founded the specialty winery Allacher in 1978. Guided by the search for something special, the break with the traditional viticulture tradition soon followed. By recognizing that tasty fruits can produce excellent fruit wines, a production technique has been tested to ensure the preservation of the natural aromas of noble fruits in the finished wine. The large selection of local berry and stone fruits soon aroused a considerable interest in these new specialties.

For more than 10 years we have been producing winter hot drinks, for which we have also developed a special manufacturing process. With the method for direct leaching of spices, which is unique in Austria for mulled wine, we also fulfill a very high quality standard for this product group. Of course, customer satisfaction was noticeable through rising sales figures. In the following years, the company area was significantly expanded by acquisitions and expanded with pallet and tank storage halls.
Quality by conviction
In Austria, we are the market leader in fruit wine today, and winter hot drinks are already in the top range. There are interesting growth rates especially in the neighboring countries Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland, but we also want to continue on our way in Sweden and the USA.
