The "berry" mulled wine variant
The name "Beeren-Glühli" stands for our "berry" mulled wine variant, another creation of our house, which hardly differs in flavor from the traditional red mulled wine and is still something special.
As base instead of red wine, we use intense, red berry-wine. To give the "berry mulled wine" its special taste, cinnamon bark and cloves are added to the berry-wine and finely balanced with sugar. For about 6 days, the spices are "leached" and then filtered off. Thus, we get wonderful, ready-to-drink mulled wine, which taste delicious.
